Palm - Ponytail (Elephant Foot Tree)

Really cool swelled base of trunk (where it gets the name elephant foot tree) with a nice grasslike set of arching leaves at the top (where it gets the name ponytail palm). It enjoys bright indirect light the best but can tolerate low light as well. They enjoy a thorough watering in between letting the soil dry out. Just don't water the soil to the point of it getting soggy as this can cause the stem to rot. It is slow growing and can grow to be anywhere from 1'-6' tall indoors.
